- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
- Upon successful payment, your ticket(s) will be delivered via email in electronic format. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
- You are responsible for securing your digital ticket. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets.
2. Event Changes, Cancellation & Refunds
- The event organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, lineup, or content without prior notice.
- If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If the event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds will only be offered in accordance with local consumer laws.
3. Admission Policy
- Entry to the event requires a valid ticket and may be subject to ID checks.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or compromises the safety of others.

- Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

- By entering the event, you consent to photography, video recording, and live streaming that may include your image or voice. These may be used for promotional and commercial purposes by the event organizer.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while attending the event, unless caused by proven negligence.
- Attendees enter the event at their own risk. Please follow all venue rules, security guidelines, and public health advisories.
